Real systems built with AI for real Tasmanian businesses. A sports club, a boutique walking company, and a civil contractor. All three are live, and you can click around them right now.

02 Case Study No.1

Software built with AI that runs an entire club.

Devonport Table Tennis Association · the club's operating software, live

Devonport Table Tennis Association is a club in North West Tasmania run entirely by volunteers. Running a season meant draws, results, ladders, averages, and years of history tangled through spreadsheets, printouts, and the heads of a couple of dedicated volunteers, and nothing off the shelf fits how a local pennant competition actually works.

So the club got its own operating software, built with AI at a cost a volunteer committee could say yes to. The full season draw is published, results are entered once and the ladders and averages update instantly, members log in to their own dashboard, and the committee runs the whole competition from a single admin panel.

Before

  • Season draw kept in spreadsheets and printouts
  • Results typed up and passed around by hand
  • Ladders and averages recalculated manually each week

After

  • Fixtures, results, and ladders live on one website
  • Results entered once, everything updates instantly
  • Members log in, the committee runs it from one admin page
The Result One piece of software, built with AI, now runs the whole club.

03 Case Study No.2

A boutique walking company, automated behind the scenes.

Bakers Walking Co · guided walks on 1,137 private acres in Tasmania

Bakers Walking Co runs boutique guided walking experiences on a private estate of 1,137 acres in Tasmania. Small team, premium product, and all the moving parts that come with a hospitality business: a website to keep polished, bookings to manage, guests to communicate with, and a steady stream of admin behind every departure.

Here, AI does the heavy lifting. A majority of the daily running of the business has been automated, from the website itself through to the systems working quietly behind it, so the team's time goes where it actually matters: hosting guests on the estate, not sitting at a desk.

04 Case Study No.3

A civil contractor, using AI to solve real problems.

LCB Contracting · earthmoving & civil contractors, North West Tasmania

LCB Contracting is an earthmoving and civil contracting business run by its owner, working daily across North West Tasmania. Excavators and tip trucks don't need AI. But the business around them had the same problems every trade knows: being hard to find online, enquiries coming in from everywhere, and office work eating into time on the machines.

This one isn't about replacing anything with AI. It's about using AI to solve the specific issues that were already there, starting with a professional web presence that puts the business in front of the right customers and turns enquiries into clean, structured quote requests, with more of the paperwork being taken off the tools over time.
